I jumped on here to see the reviews before i got home..
It is not violent nor graphic...either the reviewers must have been..god only knows..I don't..they must have only ever watched the Brady bunch...previous episodes were far more violent..I don't understand such reviews..to come from a country with so many guns and so,much violence is frankly bewildering and yet so squeamish about history..
It's going away from the books more...
All I'd say is don't re read the books before watching the new season
If you come in with an open mind you'll enjoy it more
