I think it was slow at the beginning and got somewhat better. The Veteran cop looks like Paul Newman in Fort Apache the Bronx a little.
Anyway Police and their supporters will love this, but still won't understand you need to take a stand and call out what's right and wrong, Serpico comes to mind.
