It was just the time: 1960s/1970s. The people, places, stores, automobiles, music. The theme music was just fantastic. If you were to watch Hawaii Five-O today, your IQ-levels would shoot up 10 to 20 pts. It was just so thoughtfully made. I have watched all 12 seasons. Decided to watch it again and have noticed that there is a change-up in music with each episode. There is one haunting Hawaiian song playing in the background; cool enough to where you want to hunt for it and see if you can attain a copy. The series runs the gauntlet of the various facets of crime-solving.
