I have never understood what compels people to go online and rip other people's work to shreds. The negative reviews on this show are beyond harsh. I think Shea and Syd did a great job with this show. They're both very charming and she's a talented designer (or she wouldn't be so successful!). They worked hard for years to grow their business from nothing into a big enterprise. It appear some reviewers are jealous of the McGee's incredible success. Who cares if all the houses on the show are million+ homes? That's what she does. She's a high-end designer with wealthy clients. So what? Why are people so upset about this? I loved every episode and I'd have her design my house from top to bottom in a heartbeat. Her husband is funny and the kids are sweet. I find this show refreshing and I really hope there's a season 2 in the works. I was disappointed that season 1 only had 6 episodes!
