A movie which did so many wrong things in the right way.

Warning: Spoilers
A dark figure of crime clearly depicts the how personal feeling can really control a human. The film vaguely based on true story of a criminal who confessed to a detective about 8 other murders he committed but only the confession no other clues. The detective later finds that his confession aren't mostly true but matches the victims disappearance dates and places, the statue of limitations plays a major role in this movie as the story proceeds to show the hatefully nature of the criminal making r=the audience to hate him and striving for long term punishment's for him, towards the end it almost felt like the criminal is going to be free into the society due to his intelligent plays with the detective but gave us a sweet and sour ending. Depicting a true story into a movie without hurting the real audience whose life had major during those horrific events is really difficult but the story progression in this movie did a great work like mixing up the cases and focusing on detective's mental state and personal feelings rather than how horrific the incident was.
