If that is the case, you normally shouldn't care either that we get a fairy tale depiction of nurses, doctors, patients and janitors (or is room cleaning person? I actually forgot the job description of one of the characters) ... the main thing to remember: Fairy tale ... are you up for that, with all its flaws or not?
