Well played, touching even, with a good atmosphere, if ultimately a little slow and rather over staged. The characters are good, and you care about what happens to them. But it takes the viewer a little for granted and doesn't do quite enough work on the audience's behalf. The gaps in the trail aren't hard to fill in, but the story is ultimately a bit too thin to justify the remorseless tangential action and dialogue.
