Yes, this is one of those rare movies that falls into the 'so bad it's good' genre. The actual concept of the movie is pretty good, but it is scripted so ridiculously and acted so badly that you will find yourself cringing in your seat as you watch. It's quite strange that people who act so poorly over-act so completely. I sure hope this was a made-for-TV movie because I would have been majorly annoyed if I had paid for a ticket to see this. As it is, this is quite good movie for an ironic chuckle or two if you're in that kind of a mood. Unless you have extremely low standards, however, you're unlikely to find it scary in the least.
