Re-enactment of the 'incident' was great and you can really feel the tension which is a fraction of what those soviet troops must have felt. Lost opportunity in not expanding upon these scenes.
Stanislov meeting the Hollywood actors is simply ridiculous, especially Kevin Costner who came across as a complete moron. Also, the 9/11 imagery was out of place and really didn't make sense, although I hadn't seen some of that ground level footage. So overall good but could have been much better.
