The second part of the Rocky story, where we see the consequences of his match with Apollo.
Champion Apollo Creed faces a failure to knock out Rocky, a boxer he underestimated.
We also see Rocky's inner struggle and desire to prove himself again, while Apollo wants to show that he is a true champion and that the first match was pure coincidence. Adrian doesn't want Rocky to fight because she's worried about the health consequences, but once she realizes there's no other way, she agrees.
The cast is great, the film is well directed, and the story continues as it should. Really great sequel, much better than expected.
The music is great, the soundtrack is as in the first part, magnificent. Frank Stallone and Bill Conti made really great songs and gave the film extra emotion.
The characters are all here as in the first part and they are still great. Adrian, Apollo, Mickey, Paulie, what great characters. Their story continues.
