I remembered playing BO1 as a kid and thinking it was amazing. Back then, I played all of the campaigns on recruit. Now I play them all on Veteran. I went back to play this, and it is impossible (specifically Khe Sanh and Rebirth, but I'll get to Rebirth in a moment) to play on Veteran. I tried over and over. The enemies spawn infinitely, they have aim that rivals hack clients, damage is unrealistic for both sides. Two 7.62 x 33mm from an AK-47 bullets will kill me, but it takes 4 shots to the upper torso with an M60 chambered in what looks to be 7.62 x 33mm just to knock them over, not to mention that hitmarkers are non-existent in campaign, and 1 in every 2 shots won't register. The game advertises itself as 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p capable. But on my PS3 it can only muster 480p. The multiplayer is nothing of note, could be better, but not as bad as 2019's MW multiplayer, and certainly not as bad as 2020's Black Ops: Cold War multiplayer. Again, 6/10, could have been better.
