. . . establishment (or at least headlining its entertainment offerings) perform a dance number that requires a lot of gymnastic skill. It could be a tango, or maybe a rumba. Perhaps it is a combination of both. (I personally am so far away from my dancing days that I had to double-check the spellings of these fancy moves.) Probably this animated short could have served a more educational purpose if the script had called for the characters to spell out exactly what they were trying to perform. (The ice chunks tossed into their ring by the eventual cuspidor gent certainly complicated matters, which brings to mind the infamous ice cube lady, but that's a whole different story.)
