Much better than part I. The pacing felt slower and they hit all the big plot points well. There's still, no Shirou monologues and they removed some direct explanations like Sakura requiring the semen of magi to ward off the crest worm, this was explicitly explained in the VN, but implicitly here so it looked like she just wanted ordinary sex. As well as: Shirou's bandage experiments and explaining the sword of zelretch. They made up for it with incredible fight scenes, and overall top-tier directing. It's a passable adaptation.
