. . . who are forced to abandon their cushy jobs as New York City street sweepers to attend some snobby foreign learning shack which seems almost as bogus as a trump club or Donald's duck-and-cover campaign. Stan proves once again why he's the weakest link in a chain, smoking exploding cigars and getting concussed thrice by the same window. A CHUMP AT OXFORD proves no one in their right mind would leave America for "higher education." At one time it was fashionable for upper crust U. S. Money Hoarders who could not afford lobotomies to send their unstable problem children to off-shore dumping grounds such as Eton, Waterloo, Oxford and Cambridge. However, in this our Modern 21st Century, there's no excuse for such inhumane distancing.
