Ally Sheedy plays Cayce, a psychic who gets involved with the investigation of a serial killer and discovers that she shares a psychic link with him.
Feels a little similar to Silence of the Lambs in some ways, but feels a little tame even with the R rating which gives it a TV movie of the week vibe at times. There is a great finale at a carnival which adds some good suspense.
