. . . screenwriter Hannah Barbara is totally illiterate. As any literate person well knows, there are FOUR musketeers (Charles de Batz de Castelmore--aka d'Artagnan, Comte de la Fere--aka Athos, Monsieur du Vallon--aka Porthos and Rene d'Herblay--aka Aramis). Furthermore, WHY is a "Tom" recast as Milady? Everyone knows that the highlight of the original story is when this scheming harlot, played by Bonnie Parker, is beheaded. And WHY is Ms. Barbara sending cartoon characters to the Guillotine in a children's film, anyway?
