Vibrations (1996 Video)
10/10
A B-movie for the ages, B for BRILLIANT!

Warning: Spoilers
All I can say to "Vibrations," a schlocky, justifiably little-seen, 1995 cyber/techno romance, is... BRILLIANT!!!

Released on to DVD in 1996 it feels and looks more like an 80s movie, except for the music, which is bang up to date*, ( * = mid 90s that is ) Rave scene music. Former "Twin Peaks" star James Marshall plays an aspiring musician who takes awrong turning on the way to his "big break" show, with his band. He ends up on the streets, a homeless bum. One night he finds a nice abandoned storing garage, which turns into a rave as he awakens. There he meets Christina Applegate, giving the only decent performance throughout this whole movie. With her help he meets a group of housemates who all have something that can help TJ on his road to redemption. The best bit here is the here is the supporting cast (most notably Appegate's excruciating roommates), and there is nothing, nothing at all, that can save "Vibrations" from being anything but best movie to watch on a big screen in a rented cottage on Dartmoor, with a group of friends in varying stages of inebriation... thanks Seth!

Brilliant, 10/10.
