It's a shame the people who made this film (nine producers!) have wasted such an evocative title like 'Werewolves Of The Third Reich' on a meagre film. There are only two werewolves and these only go on the rampage for a short while near the end of the film and are easily dealt with. There is no tension or thrills and some scenes are just hilarious such as the prisoner's lorry halting on the road because there were branches on it when they had acres of bare, flat ground to drive around it. Then some German soldiers popped up from literally nowhere on said bare flat ground! It was also bizarre to have Dr Mengele and Ilsa Koch (who never were) married and involved in a love triangle. And why did Dr Mengele conveniently have a time bomb in his office? And did a puppet play Adolf Hitler because he kept jerking round all the time? Not much to recommend here.
