Christ-Centered Horror
3 March 2022
Warning: Spoilers
It is so rare to come across a Christ-centered Horror film, but if you've never seen one, and you don't mind reading subtitles (unless you know Spanish), then this one shouldn't be missed. A British member of the Masonic Lodge built the house in Venezuela, setting the tone for horror for any of its inhabitants (a decidedly anti-Masonic premise). You will do yourself a great disfavor, though, if you don't listen to all of the dialogue. The visuals are important, but for full effect, the dialogue is key. There is a load of violence here, great camera angles, and creepy scenarios. But the ending is beautiful and worth the wait.
