The "story" revolves around a band of soldiers flying around space hunting Vampires for a private company. The first and only question that came to mind is how a private company can make a profit hiring professional soldiers to kill Vampires? Its briefly explained in the first 10 minutes in a few lines of dialogue when the band is on a mission on the planet Vancouvira - btw, all the "different" planets they land on look a lot like British Columbia, Canada. The space cowboy takes a picture of the lead vampire..in broad daylight just before they behead him to collect his bounty. I honestly doubt bounty hunters make this much money to fully arm and supply to hunt vampires all over the galaxy. Plus, it seems odd that they never tell us if they are special ammuntion that does kill them .
Heck, there are so many inconsistencies with not just the vampires, but every single character and story, it made me want to sleep. When it came time for the big "surprise" 'twist" ending.. I didn't care. The writers had this absurd "the evil humans" colonizing *our" indigenous planet nonsense was too much to swallow. I mean, who honestly empathizes with blood sucking beasts?
