This is really great - especially if you love film and happen to be an armchair student/connoisseur.
What fascinated me most was that other people have tried to copy it, frame by frame, but can't get it to come near the same as Hitchcock did. There's just "something" there that is impossible to recreate.
I appreciated the explanation of the music. Another brilliant bit of the movie.
The fact they had the body double talking about how they did it on her was fascinating! She went through a lot for this film and never got the credit she deserved until now.
It explains a lot more "Whys" - Why was it shot in black and white? (Nope. You'll have to watch to get the answer. And it might not be what you think you know.) That was my favorite.
