Andor: The Eye (2022)
Season 1, Episode 6
9/10
Near perfect testament to passionate storytelling

This may become the most consistently well executed Star Wars project.

This episode, like episode 3, illustrates yet again that patience and sticking with this show through its slower moments will be paid off.

The story starts off really well with illustrating just how out of their comfort zone are protagonists are for the sake of striking a serious blow to the Empire. Nemiks talking about the nerves, and Vel almost crumbling under pressure added so much to this. There are many other small moments that add so much as well, like the exchange between Vel and Cinta or Gorne and the Imp.

These little touches, the insane effects, and the dedication to consequences really elevate an already well executed episode. Those, and the end going with Skeen being just a greedy guy and Nemiks dying really drove home the uniqueness of this story and made this episode standout from being just a well executed generic story.

9-9.5/10. My only qualm is I didn't feel quite like I was invested enough in each of the character deaths (particularly Nemiks) as the writers might've been shooting for. Don't get me wrong, it's no Wade from Kenobi and I did actually care, but I wasn't tearing up or anything over it, so maybe there could've been a tad more scenes put into developing these characters in the prior episodes.
