Well, I kept asking for that big splash and that big moment and we got it here as we had Jack and the team pull out all of the stops to prevent a big terrorist attack from happening. It was gripping television and yet it did not take too long, the action and the stunt was condensed pretty well which made it even better.
Michael Bay executive produced The Last Ship which did some action stunts like this and it worked efficiently here. They finally used this long-running Russia/US story to give us some high-quality action. Now hopefully they have a few more tricks up their sleeves the rest of the way.
