I have no clue what happened to Nate Bargatze. He was one of my favorite comedians, that Tennessee kid was so damn funny! His special after and this one were so boring and hard to get through. He makes jokes that are so painfully stupid, my dog could do better.
My husband and I made it 15 minutes in and we both realized we had taken our phones out of absolute mind numbing boredom.
The cheap laugh track in the background made it even worse and my second hand embarrassment was overwhelming. Every single word he said was followed by the laugh track... things that weren't even remotely funny... were following by a laugh.... Such a shame.
It feels like maybe he used up all of his best jokes in his younger years/earlier specials. Not sure why they keep giving this guy specials or how anyone continues to say this dude is funny.
