For their debut brothers Cameron and Colin Cairnes did a good job, promising for the future. 100 Bloody Acres is supposed to be an horror comedy, a genre that normally works well when done right, and it wasn't a bad attempt. I thought it was more horror than comedy though. Personally I would have made it even bloodier to give it more notoriety, a movie to remember. The good things about this movie were the cinematography and the acting, it all looked professional. The story was pleasant to follow, certainly for this genre of movie. Australian slashers, there are already a bunch of good ones and this one has its place in that genre.
