Don't get me wrong, I loved everything about this movie. I think it was cast perfectly and found Ray Liotta's performance inspiring and one of his best. I will say, I had access to the script of this movie before filming began. There was a scene where Ray Liotta hands out badges to children in the local area. There was one child-actor who looked very underprepared and ill-advised. You can guess why this review is one star. This kid absolutely ruined his scene, having it to be cut from the movie. I think that the scene would have been integral to the movie's plot, and and saddened to think that audiences weren't exposed to it. 1 star. Wonder what that failed actor is up to now.
