Yeo-been is fantastic. Night in Paradise is one of my favourite movies of 2021 and I didn't know her before, but on this, she was already proving all her skills and qualities as an actress. What she can express with her eyes, with her expression, is quite incredible.
This is not an easy watch at all. The themes, per se, are already very heavy, and the director and writer don't make any favour with some violent and unexpected scenes. There are no easy answers here and don't expect happy endings. This is a big society's problem and the film does a great work highlighting that, not focusing only on schools, teachers, students or parents. Not for everyone, but I like how it raises so many questions and how provocative it is.
