It was my first anime ever. I love it so much. It made me fell in love with Greek mythology. Although, the basic story line is always the same. Athena (Saori Kido) in danger, Seiya and other Saints must rescue her. But, as the story grows I think she become more useful. Yes, there were times when I question her usefulness. But I guess without her there's no story.
When I first watched Saint Seiya, I thought Shun was a girl. I took me many episodes for me to realize that he is a boy.
I really hope the anime is remade. If that happens, I wish they give chance for the Gold Saints to live. I mean why do they have to die???
