I have never been a fan of the 6 episode format. 6 episodes are not enough for a writer to efficiently tell the story that they wanna tell. But this show has proved to me that it's not just about the episode limit, but also that Disney is making AI write for them. So yeah, I think these Disney + shows are the true downfall of the MCU. There was absolutely nothing compelling or interesting about the plot.
There were loose characters being moved around on the board with no direction. What was the point of sacrificing Hill in the very first episode? What purpose did it even serve? Fury did not even mourn her. Since when has Rhodey been imprisoned by the scrulls? The director says he thinks Rhodey has been a scrull since civil war. Is this a joke? You are telling me that he suddenly switched personalities after end game but he was the same scrull?
