It's a movie about a police inspector(Manoj Bajpai) in a small city where the local politician is also the don of the city, this guy is an idealistic and want to punish all the criminals while his colleagues are on the goon's payroll. He lives with his wife and a kid. He arrests goon's henchmen however they were released by court so he started thrashing every one of them whenever he can find them. While his colleagues and superiors are asking him to take bribes from the man.
While fighting, he lost his job, got arrested and then goon's henchmen pass comments on his family so he starts to fight them again, his daughter dies after a blow on her head, wife takes her own life and this guy decides to take out Bachhu Yadav at the legislative house.
The hero of the movie clearly got anger issues and I am afraid, the movie wasn't as good as publicized, but again it was 90s bollywood and they didn't want to spend much on Script or story. There were a few good actors in the movie but they didn't do justice with the roles. The only good thing about the movie was an item song with Shilpa Shetty(UP/Bihar lootne).
