I loved fantasy films since I was a boy, the 80's was the golden era not only for horror films but for fantasy films also. Krull is one of them, it's was one of my favourite films back in the days and I can assure us that is one of the most underrated ones that is probably missing in everybody's Top 10s or Top 20s. It has everything. Action, special effects, love, friendship, loyalty, sorcery.....it's much more than it seems and in my opinion it's a true gem which didn't get the recognition it deserves. Yes I know it's not Excalibur and doesn't have its production value, but everybody who loves dark fantasy sci-fi action movies should give it a watch and I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Most recommended.
