This was so bad that I specifically made an IMDB account to write this. Someone on social media gave this movie a rave review and I was actually excited to watch it. It started off with a strong enough premise and despite the stilted dialogue, it seemed like one of those TV movies that wouldn't be amazing but at least somewhat satisfying.
The plot twist in the final 15 minutes could've gone to so many interesting places. But magical lightening?!? Seriously? As someone who enjoys horror and supernatural thrillers, this payoff felt completely hollow.
Kinda surprised that this drivel was so well received, even on the comments here. I guess if you're going to watch it, go in with zero expectations.
