Because of the success of first "God of Gamblers" movie starring Chow Yun Fat and Andy Lau, writer/ director Wong Jing allowed Stephen Chow to star in this second installment of the series without the star of the first one Chow Yun Fat! This time has Andy Lau returning who was in the first film return for the second alongside Stephen Chow and Man Tat Ng as a bumbling sidekick. Chock full of very hilarious spontaneous sight gags which would be lost if it wasn't watched in in it's natural dialect! Another example of Asian Trash cinema at it's best!
