"Ian" played by Carlos Scholz lives with his dad "Vincente" played by Pedro Alonso in hiding. They live a modest life. All because of "Ian" unique powers. He can conjure visual illusions out of thin air. Which they use only for necessities.
"Ian" is growing restless of this modest life. He rather really let loose and do a big score. "Ian" can do much more with his powers, even more than he even realizes.
But there is a reason why "Vincente" doesn't want "Ian" to use his powers. "Adriana" played by Lela Loren and the company she works for wants "Ian". Along with a "Perceptor" played by Óscar Jaenada. Who has the same powers as him but is way stronger than him.
"Vincente" fear becomes a reality and "Ian" world will turn upside down. He will get paired with an unlikely ally "Esther" played by María Pedraza to go on a quest to figure out questions he's been wondering about his whole life. While getting presented with new questions he must find out the answers to them. We don't know who is an ally or foe but "Ian" knows he has to see this to the end. In this action thriller.
"Awareness" reminded me of the film "Gray Matter". Very similar plot to the T. Another Diet X-Men film. It's funny because once again I didn't know it was a foreign dubbed Film. That's one of my new favorite things to do when I watch a streaming film. I try to guess what country the film originated from or for. I look at context clues. Seeing the extras or the cars in the background.
It was the police car that led me to realize it was originally a foreign film. Because the actors didn't seem foreign. Then it had my girl Lela Loren in it. She played the character "Angie" in the popular Starz TV series "Power". It was good seeing her again. Seeing her threw me off. But then I remembered she also spoke Spanish. That's how I pieced together that it was originally a Spanish film.
Anyway, I'm going on a tangent. The film was a decent streaming film. On top of that one of the better foreign films I've seen. The plot was copied and paste a bit. With some holes in the script. But a decent action thriller. I give it three mor fires 🔥🔥🔥.
