Worst Movie of Karthi
10 November 2023
Being a big fan of Karthi's movies, it's disappointing to say that if I were to rank them from worst to best, this particular film unfortunately takes the top spot. I had a challenging time with it - the story felt weak, the plot was confusing, and the attempts at humor just didn't work for me. The pacing issues made both halves of the movie drag on, leaving me pretty disappointed.

The core problem was the story itself - it lacked the depth and complexity that I usually appreciate in Karthi's films. The way the plot unfolded felt disjointed, making it hard to stay connected with the characters. The humor fell flat, and at times, it was just plain boring.

Despite Karthi's efforts with a new approach to his character, something didn't click on screen. Whether it's the script or directorial choices, the effort didn't translate well.

Now, while this film might currently hold the "worst" position in my ranking, I still have faith in Karthi's talent. Every artist faces ups and downs, and I'm hopeful that this is just a temporary setback in his career. I look forward to seeing him bounce back with stronger projects. This review isn't a critique of his entire filmography - it's more like a rough patch that I hope he moves past soon.
