The problem is, it's kind of like watching a long cut scene from a video game. It's melodramatic for sure, and the dialogue is painful but the voice acting is not bad. Lots of zombies of course, but i'm sure i'm not the only one who has gotten confused over the years. Between video game versions and movie versions, there's no longer any one way this story plays out. The same characters and locations are used in multiple situations which just results in no clear storyline at all. It's not bad, if you're used to the way video games roll out a story. Since the same folks made this that make the games, it isn't surprising.
