Whilst there are a lot of the Christmas movie tropes scattered throughout 'Mingle All the Way', which nonetheless is an original and interesting storyline, I found it very easy to look past their inclusion thanks to the sparkling chemistry between stars Jen Lilley and Brant Dougherty.
The coupling of Lilley's Molly and Doughtery's Jeff works really well. Arguably, few Hallmark movie couples have displayed better chemistry than these two. It really carries the movie along.
A movie, I might add, that must have had an enormous budget for fake snow: it is snowing heavily in pretty much every outdoor scene, even a few where the skies are clear.
A nice subplot about family reconnecting at Christmas and a well-cast group of actors in minor roles. Lindsay Wagner as Molly's mother is particularly effective.
All in all, good Hallmark Christmas content.
