The main male actor/character was bad. There's no sugar coating it, either he can't act or he was acting like he couldn't act, and the same could be said for all the other characters with the exception of the wife. She was legitimately a good actress and did a good job, but she was on a sinking ship.
It's not a shark flick, it's a ' spooky shark has been sent by the gods to punish us for killing the planet' flick, and doesn't that just sound dumb? Yes because it was, it played out as dumb as it sounds.
I still to this day do not understand how this film made it to cinemas and I feel terrible for the poor folk who didn't search up the reviews before buying a ticket. It truly was nonsense.
