If moving to the suburbs and having a kid is your idea of a nightmare, YOU are going to love this. You may also need to have a bit of an open mind for more artsy films, with abstract realities with a sci-fi twist. It's weird AF. Which I personally love.
I honestly really am puzzled that this movie flew under the radar so low. I mean, I'm reviewing this after 4 years because I still think of it. And a lot of people are missing out.
People who don't enjoy this movie simply don't enjoy it's commentary on the pressures of modern socioeconomics and peer pressure, for whatever reason.
Being trapped, losing your mind and escaping your reality is brilliantly depicted in this film and it's relatable to anyone who's ever felt pressured by social norms as you reach adulthood.
