First of all, this is NOT a horror movie. It's like this weird blend between the Notebook and a Twilight Zone episode. It reminds me of eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, but funnier. The lead female role is well done and she did well, but for some reason gives me odd Kristen Bell vibes and idk why, but Justin Jackson stole the show. He's amazing. Why aren't we seeing him in tons of other movies and shows? I would have watched a whole series based on this character if Justin Jackson was cast in the role!! All in all it was a good movie, not great but not at all bad. There were some major plot points that got lost like what the heck was up with Bob? He was clearly watching her but that never got resolved. What happened to Betty? We never saw her. Was Chris even a real person or just what she needed to push her to heal and grow? What happened to the people who weren't murdered and needed to be fixed and corrected? Why was a cell phone involved at all? There are certainly a lot of loose ends but I would have been perfectly happy listening to Justin Jackson perform this character for another couple hours without complaints! Worth watching just for his performance if nothing else.
