I have never reviewed a movie on here and only signed up to do so for this one because it deserves more good reviews!
I do not like the cheesy hallmark Christmas type movies, at all, mainly due to the terrible acting which is hard to get past. I usually put them on in the background while cleaning which is what I did with this one. Let me just say I got nothing done and was surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie. I don't believe I recognized any of the cast but they were all terrific and funny! Their banter and chemistry with each other worked really well to where I bet they had a great time together during filming. The two main characters are incredibly attractive in a very natural way, which always helps. The ending was a bit over the top but I enjoyed the rest so much that I didn't mind it at all. I even recommended to a friend who happens to love the classic hallmark Christmas movies so I'm sure she will LOVE this one!
Very confused by the negative reviews. Not sure what they were expecting or comparing this to but in the genre of cheesy Christmas movies, this knocks the others out of the park...by a lot. If you like these type of movies, you will be happily surprised and it's definitely worth watching!
