Even tho I appreciate that its an original horror film in this franchises' world, it wasn't a complete "good" film for me.
Jumpscares were not built successfully and storyline didn't pull off being surprising. And these elements just made it a 3/5 movie for me.
I love the last scene that is one shot, but my preferences for the ending would have been different.
Since they came out in the same era, I would like to say The First Omen did it better.
Yet, that doesn't necessarily mean Immaculate was bad. It still had lovely shots and camera angles that I was amazed with. You can also tell there's so much love behind the camera as well as there is in front.
