Santa Claus, who's become an alcoholic, attempts to escape from a rehab center for fantasy characters which he's been committed to; but when he witnesses firsthand how a family is torn apart by alcoholism he sees the error of his ways and must learn to be sober before the North Pole is shut down by the discriminating South Pole.
