In the late 1920's a young man dreams of becoming a detective. As clumsy as he is he tries his hardest to help people in need. A mad scientist named Professor Tom (Jacob Fish) creates a horrible creature (Nathanial Newsome) to help him take over the world. However, it escaped from his laboratory and wonders around in town bringing chaos. Bobby Dicey, (David Burris) seeing he has his chance, rose up to the challenge to bring Professor Tom to justice.
