Sex & Nudity

  • None, although Richard and Ann lead characters are briefly shown fully clothed in bed and another character asks a factory tour guide if there's a pesticide that works for sex.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman dies of an heart attack.
  • A woman has her eyes pecked out by a crow (blood runs from her eye sockets) then runs blindly onto a road where she is hit and ran over by a truck.
  • A man drowns after falling through the ice at a hockey game.
  • A man has his torso crushed between two carriages, nothing is seen except for his legs going limp.
  • A high voltage wire crashes through the roof of an elevator slicing through a man's torso (his body getting sliced in slow motion). Bloody innards are briefly seen. This is the most graphic death in the film.
  • A boy dies of an aneurysm in his brain.
  • A man is stabbed with multiple daggers (the stabbing is quick with no blood shown).
  • A woman is burned to death at the film's end, somewhat like the fate of the Biblical Whore of Babylon.

Profanity

  • Mild uses of "Hell".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Brief by Richard Thorn, Damien asks the limo driver for cigarettes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The film deals with the subject of the Antichrist so there are a couple of tense scenes.
  • The film isn't too graphic though.
