Very Strong for a PG: Sexual implications and dialogue ("Chicks'll cream, flog your log, sloppy seconds for example), usage of "knocked up," a sex scene between Kenickie and Rizzo involving a reference to a broken condom, brief rear nudity, Sandy wears very tight and skimpy clothing during "You're the One that I Want." Lyrics mentioning virginity. One character thinks she is pregnant. Danny tries to have sex in a car with Sandy, but they are interrupted.

Many attempted riots. None, overall.

F-word used in Italian, p*ssy wagon and t*t were used in Greased Lightnin' (very strong for a PG-13 let alone a PG), and 1 use of the s-word along with other milder language.

Smoking and drinking involving teens/young adults.

The amount of smoking, and the obvious use by teenage characters, earned this film a poor smoking rating.
