Sex & Nudity

There are a couple of short scenes involving nudity with groupies of the band in the film, as well as a short sequence of a man and woman rolling around in bed naked.

Some of the animated sequences depict monstrous sexual genitalia, mostly female.

There is also an implied rape during the "Run Like Hell" sequence.

There is a famous scene involving two flowers representing human sexual organs.

Violence & Gore

There are many instances of violence and gore stemming from the film's Nazi and war themes.

These include a bombing as well as several bloody and dark animated sequences.

Profanity

two or three uses of the word "shit" and a use of the word "fuck"

There are many sequences where there is smoking of cigaretts and marijuana.

There is also drinking invovled.

Most of the songs such as Comfortably Numb are based aroud heroin, crack, and other drugs.

There are a few intense animation scenes involving blood and dark images.

the movie opens with a man loading a gun, it is then shown that he is reminiscing about WWII and not thinking of suicide

a man is shown on a telephone in a trench, a bomb flashes, and he is seen dead

The Nazi-theme may be intense for some viewers as well as a couple of other disturbing sequences,

one involving children falling into a meat grinder.

All the cartoon sequences may be intense to some.
