Sex & Nudity

  • A couple is talking in bed and the woman's breasts are shown for a bit.
  • At the party, there is a pair who is intensely making out.
  • In one of the scenes where Jacob is hallucinating , woman is shown breastfeeding a (fake?) baby.
  • Some sexually crude language in the beginning of the movie, references to masturbation, and male genitalia.
  • A man gets undressed and takes a shower; his buttocks can briefly be seen through the translucent shower curtain, but not his penis. A woman gets in with him, the side of her breasts is very quickly shown.
  • As a woman gets dressed, her breasts are exposed a few times.
  • As Jacob is put in a bath by Jezzie, she takes off his underpants, showing his buttocks for a few seconds.
  • There is a scene at a party where a woman is engaging in comical sex with a demon, however this act is not at all shown in detail, plus the scene is very hard to see, the only thing visible is the woman's face. However, parts of the demon can be seen, lingerie of a woman, and tail of the demon.

Violence & Gore

  • Violence happens occasionally, but some of it is bloody and disturbing.
  • In a battlefield, people thrash on the ground and bleed.
  • People are shown getting shot or shooting others; blood spurts whenever someone is shot.
  • A man's leg is shown mangled but still attached to him.
  • A man is stabbed in the stomach with a bayonet; blood gushes. (Note that this scene is shown multiple times throughout the movie.)
  • A car attempts to run over a man, but doesn't.
  • A man gets in his car and when he starts it, it blows up, killing him.
  • In a brief, shaky scene, a horn-looking thing is shot out of a woman's mouth.
  • A boy is implied to be killed; he is shown walking in the street with his bike and then the scene cuts to his bike under a man's tires.
  • Three men fight in a moving car; they punch and kick violently until one gets thrown out of the car.
  • A man is wheeled through a nightmarish, insane mental institution where guts and puddles of blood are all over the floor, as well as some demonic imagery.
  • A very brief but pretty cringe-worthy moment where a man gets a needle jammed into his forehead.
  • A second war sequence is shown, and even though it's not as graphic as the first, people are still shown being shot and killed, with some blood.

  • Lots of intense scenes with demons haunting a man

  • It is implied that main protagonist's young son was killed in the accident, even though his death is completely offscreen, it is still very sad.

  • Jacob suffers from intense grief and guilt throughout the entire movie.
  • A man nearly gets hit by the train, but survives. He also sees demons inside watching him, an intense and scary scene.
