- Mild violence, all involving a wolf, occurs throughout this animated film.
- In the opening musical scene, a wolf tries to catch a hare, and misses it. The wolf also sings he'd thrown himself into water and drown.
- A wolf slams a hare into a door, and treats it like a doormat. The hare only gets flat but is alive.
- A wolf swallows Doc Hurtz. This happens off-screen, but we see the doctor inside the stomach. A hare is actually seen thrown into the wolf's mouth and swallowed.
- Three hunters shoot at a wolf.
- A wolf's teeth are mentioned to have been pulled by police, according to a woman.
- Cheburashka and Gena the Crocodile are swallowed by a wolf, off-screen.
- A wolf swallows three little pigs, off-screen.
- A wolf lets seven dwarfs roll into it's mouth.

- A wolf takes a bite of a pie, and gets exposed to a bear trap which was inside the pie.
- A wolf's body gets ripped open, and we later see it literally flat as a pancake, but alive. Nothing graphic seen. Later, it's body is seen having been instantly sewed. A doctor hits the wolf with a sign, while a dwarf causes the wolf to fall backward.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The appearance of the wolf may frighten some very small children, as it is seen constantly attacking and swallowing various characters. The violence itself is very mild and bloodless but humorous, and nobody dies, and this Soviet clay animation film has been made for children after all.
