Good sequel

First Fontain for Susan was a typical communist movie for young people, slick good music and so. Second Fontain for Susan was typical post- communist movie. Also good music, but the lead character- Susane, it is so strange feeling, she was so clear before- and now... The sequel was too long and pretty boring. And I have a dirty feeling from it. But this, A Fontain for Susan 3 is a typical commercial movie in all courses. Big promotional campaign, big box- offices (I talk about Slovakia, it is a Slovak movie- that is a little country in the middle of Europe, a post- communist country). Virtually full movie is situated in Africa- near the Victoria falls, it has great camera, sound, stage settings and cast, act... this movie is simply good work. But the story is... it is a ordinary story from red - library for woman. The writting is not so good. Otherwise, as I have said, it is a good work, and feeding for eyes. At all.. I recomend it. In> Germany it is avilable on DVD, as Viva Africa. I give 7 out of 10.

Excellent visual experience combined with a vividly energetic music

I was very pleasantly surprised by viewing this film for the first time. It is a family-style tale told delicately through the images of cinematic faces set against the gorgeous backdrop of Victoria Falls in combination with a very striking music. The story seems to move at the right pace, but what really effected me, it seems, is a great work of cinematography, set design and music. The visuals alone made me go check some other work of Jiri Fojtik, who is the director of photography. I've come to find out that he also collaborated with Dusan Rapos on a picture Suzanne, which is a very different type of film, nonetheless extremely powerful and emotional. I recommend any work of these two European masters, for their work presents us with a very unique look at life during happiness or crisis.

Surprise

At first I was just kidding around when I found this movie on Movieflix.com I didn't expect it to be enjoyable.

From a film standpoint it was a well put together visual. I felt like I knew Africa a little after having watched it. The Zuzana character was very beautiful and especially later when she is given traditional braids and gowns.

The story was cute and somewhat believable. Real chemistry is found with the Michael and Zuzana relationship. The other characters have very funny moments and the music is catchy. A good late night flick, not raunchy but warm. The little girl's part is a heart stopper!
